If, by the end of the agreed service period, the Client has not generated revenue equal to at least their initial investment in paid bookings directly attributable to leads or systems provided through OverBooked, the Company will refund the full amount of the initial investment, provided all of the following conditions are met.

Training and Participation

The Client must complete all required video modules, attend weekly group sessions, participate in scheduled one-on-one calls, and submit daily End-of-Day Reports as provided during onboarding.

Full-Term Commitment

The Client must complete full payment within 14 days of enrollment and maintain uninterrupted payment status throughout the six-month term.

Advertising Account Compliance

The Client must maintain active, compliant advertising accounts across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, and must adhere to the recommended monthly ad budget as specified by their Account Representative. Suspended or restricted ad accounts may void the guarantee.

Minimum Booking Rate

The Client must maintain an average booking rate of at least 33%, calculated as Paid Bookings ÷ (divided by) Total Leads Generated. All bookings must be processed through the OverBooked Software for accurate verification.

If the Client fails to meet all four criteria and has not reached the guaranteed results, OverBooked will continue providing services at no additional cost (excluding the $97/month Software subscription) until the target is achieved.

Extensions will be provided in one-month increments with the same level of support and features as the original term.

This guarantee applies only to new clients who have paid the full service fee.

No refund requests, disputes or chargebacks may be submitted prior to completion of the six-month term.
