Turn your attendants into marketers: incentive based pay
The Problem: Most Photo Booth Owners see attendants as being an "expense". They hire them. Then they train them. They pay them per hour. The attendants don't always leave the best impression. Sometimes they are late. At some point they leave. You replace them with new ones... Rinse and repeat. Why? Attendants don't care about your business.. (and why would they?).
How to do it instead: turn them into a marketing force
allow them to re-sell your photo booth service "as their own"
allow them to charge whatever they want for it (as long as it's above your original price - your CAC (cost to acquire a customer)
you pay them the difference
Here's how the math works:
Example: you charged the client $1,000. Your CAC (cost to acquire a customer) is $200. You pay the attendant $100. You profit = $700.
The attendant then closes another deal from that event for $1,000 (same as your original price).
Attendant now makes $100 + $200 = $300
You make another $700.
Pro Tip 1: don't cap their upside! Pay them for what they "kill"
Pro Tip 2: if you have more than one attendant, you can gamify the process. Add a monthly leaderboard: Attendant A made $3,000 in extra commissions, Attendant B made $2,700 etc...
